SPECIAL EVENTS

With exposed brick walls and full windows the Venue provides a perfect setting for small wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, graduation parties or an intimate gathering.  

Rental Rate: (pricing is per hour with a 3 hour minimum)and we allow a 1-1.5 hour set up time and 45 minute tear down at no additional cost.

Daytime Pricing 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.        $170.00  per hour

Monday-Thursday 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.  $200.00 per hour

Friday 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.                        $250.00 per hour

Saturday 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.                   $275.00  per hour

Sunday 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.                      $200.00 per hour
